Galatians 3:10-29 RDTW week 63

Galatians 3:10-29 was quite the adventure today. Understanding where we fit in God's prophetic program, in the Mystery, this dispensation of the grace of God, helps us navigate through the scriptures that are for us, but not to us.

2 Timothy 3:16-17: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

We are able to understand what Moses wrote in Deuteronomy 29:29 concerning the secret things, being able to compare it to Romans 16:25-27, Ephesians 3:1-7, and Colossians 1:25-29. This dispensation has been kept secret throughout the world's history until the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, and the gospel of the grace of God revealed to Paul by the Lord Jesus Christ himself.

Deuteronomy 29:29: The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

Our journey today revealed three distinct dispensations (The method according to which God dispenses or carries out his plan of grace toward man at a particular time.) in Galatians 3 – Promise – the covenant between God and Abraham concerning his descendants, both physical and spiritual (Genesis 22:15-18), as identified in V.16-18.

The dispensation of Law followed with Moses delivering Israel and writing the law – the revealed things that belong to the nation forever – V.19.

Finally, the dispensation of grace / faith is identified in V.14, 24-29.
