Today was a wonderful time of discovery and encouragement in our study! Thank you for allowing me to share my epiphany that I shared with my daughter Krista this past week.
The issue of our memories in eternity future is made clear by the Word of God. Krista asked, If we have the mind of Christ, will we remember who we were, and what we did? My reply was, God doesn’t wipe away all tears until after the Great White Throne Judgment. Tears are a window to our past. God wipes away all tears from our eyes in order to protect our minds in eternity future. Our minds are cleansed from what was, so that our eternal mission will not be distracted.
Revelation 21:4-5: And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Studying through Ephesians 3:1-12, gives us another layer in the foundation of understanding this “mystery” age in which we live, known as the Dispensation of the Grace of God. This was kept secret from the foundation of the world. It was not revealed to the sons of men. We have the privilege of being part of the most exciting dispensation of all! We live in such a time that God dwells permanently in every born again believer, in the person of the Holy Spirit. Next week we will continue our study through these incredible scriptures, laying firm the foundation of this mystery time in which we live. The Day of Christ is at hand – the next big event on God’s divine time schedule.
