Today, May 29th, we were able to study out V.3-5, remembering that our flesh, our old man is subject to the lusts of the flesh and of the mind. V.3: It is the nature of our old man to be a child of wrath. James 1:13-16, James 4:1-8, 1 John 2:15-17 V.4: “But God” reminds us that it is God who provides the grace and mercy for us to be saved, and to live each day, as his dear children, because he loves us! John 3:16, Romans 6:23 V.5: The same power it took to raise Christ from the dead is poured out to us in salvation! We are raised with Christ by God's grace. Philippians 3:20-21, 1 Corinthians 15:50-54, 1 John 3:1-3 Ephesians truly is an incredible book of great doctrinal truths. I look forward to discovering these truths with you each week!
